A Comcast Spotlight Case Study
Rand Eye Institute, a vision care and surgery center in Deerfield Beach, FL, wanted to stay top of mind and attract new patients, especially those considering LASIK and other eye procedures. To reach nearby prospective patients, it partnered with Comcast Spotlight on a targeted video advertising campaign.
Comcast Spotlight built a geographically focused media plan targeting adults 18–34 and 25–54 within about 20 miles of the practice, expanding from five to more than 20 cable networks and adding digital static and in-banner video ads. The campaign delivered strong results for Rand Eye Institute, including a 20% year-over-year increase in new patients, a 10% rise in eye surgery patients, a 30% increase among 18–34-year-olds, a 150% jump in website visits, and more than 1,800 digital click-throughs.
