Pioneer Towers, a senior apartment community in Sacramento, worked with Comcast Spotlight to reach two key audiences: seniors seeking affordable retirement housing and adult children looking for a safe, well-cared-for environment for their parents. Their challenge was to build awareness of the facility in the local market and communicate its value to both decision-makers and prospective residents.

Comcast Spotlight implemented a multi-screen campaign using daytime TV commercials on networks like CNN, FOX News, and MSNBC, plus its I+ platform to reach AT&T U-verse TV customers. The campaign also included localized online advertising on XFINITY.com with in-banner video and links to Pioneer Towers’ website. Results included engagement rates of 3% to 5% per month, an average of 50 click-throughs per month, and more than 250 minutes of online video viewing per month.
