Peninsula Regent, a luxury retirement community in San Mateo, needed to convince affluent seniors—and their adult children—that moving to a community did not mean giving up independence. Working with Comcast Spotlight, the customer sought to increase sales, boost website visits, improve search visibility, and differentiate Peninsula Regent from other senior communities.
Comcast Spotlight built a targeted TV and digital video campaign using geographic audience targeting to reach local prospects within 10–15 miles, placing ads on networks such as A&E, Golf Channel, Hallmark, History, Lifetime, USA, CNN, HGTV, and TV Land. The campaign delivered measurable success: year-over-year website traffic rose 48%, 76% of those visits came from new users, awareness of the advertising was strong, and available inventory sold out sooner than projected.
