One Stop Dentistry, a Tacoma-area dental practice serving the Seattle market, needed a way to reach people who were anxious about going to the dentist and persuade them to seek care. They worked with Comcast Spotlight to build awareness for their smile analysis offer and dental services through TV and digital advertising.
Comcast Spotlight ran a multi-screen campaign using TV spots on channels like Bravo, CNN, Food Network, History, and Lifetime, plus XFINITY.com video ads that linked to practice information, special offers, coupons, appointment scheduling, and Facebook. The campaign quickly generated results, including a new patient who responded after seeing the message online, along with more patients reporting exposure on TV and XFINITY.com. One Stop Dentistry’s XFINITY.com videos were viewed 750 to 1,000 times per month, producing 50 to 100 monthly click-throughs to the practice website.
