NBC partnered with Comcast Spotlight to build buzz for the debut of *The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon*, a major launch of a historic franchise. To reach viewers across TV and online, NBC needed a campaign that would quickly drive awareness and encourage both live viewing and catch-up viewing.
Comcast Spotlight delivered a multi-screen campaign using banner ads in Comcast’s program guide and advertising on XFINITY.com, promoting live airings and one-click access to recent episodes. The effort generated a 10% increase in commercial ratings from C+3D to C3 in Comcast digital households, a 14% higher live rating versus the national average, 13% higher C3 ratings versus all other households, 10.1 million impressions on XFINITY.com, and more than 11,500 clicks.
