Hy-Line Cruises, a ferry and cruise operator serving Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, wanted to drive more customers to its website and increase advance reservations. The company, which had long relied on television advertising, turned to Comcast Spotlight for help promoting its online reservation system.

Comcast Spotlight created a multi-screen campaign in the Boston and Hartford markets that included pre-roll video on XFINITY.com, one-day takeovers of the Finance, Sports, and email sign-in pages, and a three-month sponsorship of the XFINITY.com “Cape Cod Food and Fun Guide.” The effort delivered a 4% year-over-year increase in ridership, a 20% lift in online reservations during the campaign, and more than 58,000 online video views.
