Home Instead Senior Care, a San Francisco-area franchise serving families seeking in-home help for aging loved ones, needed to build local awareness and stay top of mind with decision-makers, especially women ages 45–64. Comcast Spotlight helped address this challenge through a multi-screen advertising campaign that included TV and digital placements.

Comcast Spotlight developed a targeted media plan using channels such as CNN, FOX News, Lifetime, National Geographic, and local baseball coverage, along with geographically customized commercials across the San Francisco region. The campaign also extended to XFINITY.com with in-banner video ads and links to services and contact information. As a result, phone calls requesting information rose 10% year over year, the franchise hired additional staff to keep up with demand, and annual revenue grew 5%.
