Harnish Auto Family, a Subaru dealership in Puyallup, WA, wanted to build awareness and strengthen its reputation for customer service by positioning itself as a “stress-free dealership.” Working with Comcast Spotlight, the dealership aimed to stand out, drive more website traffic, and increase new and used car sales.
Comcast Spotlight supported the campaign with coordinated television and online advertising, including pre-roll video ads on Xfinity.com with a direct link to the dealership’s website, while aligning messaging with Subaru’s corporate marketing. The effort delivered strong results: year-over-year new-car sales rose 68% to 336 units, total annual sales hit a record 1,390 units, and website visits grew from 5,200 to 9,100.
