A Comcast Spotlight Case Study
First Community Credit Union of Houston needed to boost awareness and new account membership for its Texans Checking product, the credit union’s official checking account tied to the Houston Texans. To support that effort, First Community Credit Union worked with Comcast Spotlight and its agency, You Squared Media, on a TV and digital advertising campaign.
Comcast Spotlight built a targeted media plan focused on adults 25-54, especially sports fans and Texans supporters, using live sports programming on ESPN and NFL Network, plus broader reach on channels like ABC Family and Lifetime. The campaign also used digital video on XFINITY.com. The results were strong: Texans Checking grew to more than 100,000 members, showing that Comcast Spotlight helped deliver meaningful membership growth.
