A Comcast Spotlight Case Study
Dunwoody Village, a senior living center in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, wanted to stand out in a soft real-estate market and educate local residents and families about its offerings. To do that, it partnered with Comcast Spotlight to run a geographically targeted, multi-screen advertising campaign.
Comcast Spotlight built the campaign across four Philadelphia-area zones using a mix of TV networks and XFINITY.com display and in-banner video ads, with sports programming and refreshed channel lineups to broaden reach. The effort increased sales by more than $2 million, nearly doubled the sales forecast, and drove more foot traffic.
