Craig Coyne Jewelers of Ellicott City, a Baltimore-area retail jeweler, needed to reach two distinct audiences: twenty-something unmarried professionals shopping bridal jewelry and an older “self-purchasing” customer segment. To address this challenge, Craig Coyne Jewelers worked with Comcast Spotlight using multi-screen video advertising across TV and digital.

Comcast Spotlight helped the jeweler target specific Baltimore neighborhoods and nearby counties with strong growth potential, while aligning cable TV with video pre-roll and roadblock ads on XFINITY.com. The campaign drove strong results, including nearly 150 new customers per month, and increased brand awareness so much that president Sam Coyne was recognized outside of work from the ads.
