Connecticut Basement Systems, a home services company in Seymour, CT, faced a challenge with competitors borrowing elements of its marketing and even its brand name, creating consumer confusion. To address this, the company partnered with Comcast Spotlight and used a multi-screen marketing approach to build a clearer, more distinctive brand presence.

Comcast Spotlight helped Connecticut Basement Systems launch a new “Basementy” brand concept, feature the company owner prominently in ads, and reach homeowners across Connecticut and Westchester County through television and online campaigns. The campaign drove more than 2,200 website visits and 18 direct appointments, generated over 100 calls from a dedicated phone number leading to 49 appointments, and produced 82 additional appointments from keyword searches.
