Community Ford, a Ford dealership in New Albany, MS, wanted to better connect with local car buyers “in their backyards” and show a stronger commitment to serving nearby residents. To support that goal, Community Ford partnered with Comcast Spotlight and used a multi-screen advertising approach to promote its local presence.
Comcast Spotlight ran geographically targeted TV commercials and in-banner video ads on XFINITY.com across nearby zones, with the creative featuring the general sales manager and his personal cell phone number. The campaign helped boost sales unit volume by 11% year over year, while digital ads generated more than 6,500 engagements and over 16 hours of cumulative video viewing time.
