Colorado State University-Pueblo partnered with Comcast Spotlight as it transitioned from a commuter school to a more traditional residential campus. The university faced the challenge of growing enrollment, increasing attendance at public campus events, and reducing confusion with Colorado State University in Fort Collins as it expanded recruiting across Colorado and beyond.
Using Comcast Spotlight’s multi-screen advertising capabilities and I+ platform, CSU-Pueblo reached adults 18–28 and teens 12–18 through TV and XFINITY.com placements in the Denver market. The campaign ran on channels and programming including Colorado Rockies games, ABC Family, Discovery, History, MTV, A&E, USA, and ESPN, and it helped drive year-over-year enrollment growth while open-to-the-public seminars exceeded anticipated turnout.
