Chicago Better Business Bureau worked with Comcast Spotlight to help more consumers make informed decisions before hiring or buying from local businesses. The challenge was to increase awareness and drive more people to the BBB website earlier in the decision-making process.

Comcast Spotlight created a multi-screen consumer awareness campaign using geographic and demographic targeting, TV advertising, and digital placements on XFINITY.com, including in-banner video ads and full-market sign-in page takeovers. The campaign was timed to Mondays, the BBB’s busiest website traffic day, and delivered measurable results: 1,800 new website visitors in one month and a 152% year-over-year increase in traffic during the first sign-in takeover campaign.
