Cherokee Auto Group, an Atlanta automotive dealer group with two Ford stores and one Hyundai store, needed a way to protect and grow sales in the competitive markets around its dealerships. Working with Comcast Spotlight, the company looked for a geographically targeted, multi-screen advertising approach to reach nearby in-market car buyers.
Comcast Spotlight delivered a zoned campaign focused on each dealership’s primary market area, targeting adults ages 25–54 with TV placements across sports, news, and prime-time entertainment networks, plus digital advertising on XFINITY.com and FOXNews.com to extend reach. The campaign boosted brand recall and helped Cherokee Auto Group achieve year-over-year sales increases of at least 10% within its primary market areas.
