Bird Dog BBQ, a four-location fast-casual BBQ restaurant in Colorado Springs, wanted to stand out from other barbecue spots and drive more awareness and sales. To reach more of its target customers, the company worked with Comcast Spotlight on a multi-screen video advertising campaign.

Comcast Spotlight created a mix of local TV and digital advertising, including 15-second “bookend” TV spots on channels such as ESPN, FOX News, Lifetime, and the Military Channel, plus geographically targeted in-banner video ads. The campaign reached the intended audiences, with customers reporting they had seen the ads, and Bird Dog BBQ saw increases in both same-store traffic and revenues compared with the previous year.
