Barr Nissan, an auto dealer in Columbia, TN, was losing local customers to other Nissan dealers and wanted a cost-effective way to reach a broad audience and improve sales. The dealership partnered with Comcast Spotlight to launch a targeted video advertising plan using cable and digital video placements.
Comcast Spotlight ran Barr Nissan’s commercials across more than 30 top cable networks in the dealership’s target counties and surrounding areas, including high-profile sports programming, while also adapting messaging for in-banner and pre-roll ads on XFINITY.com and FOXNews.com to drive website traffic. The campaign helped Barr Nissan increase monthly sales from about 40 vehicles in December of the prior year to nearly 100 vehicles after an approximately six-month campaign, showing a significant lift in performance.
