Alvord-Taylor Independent Living Services, a nonprofit in Eugene, OR, needed to recruit new employees while also raising awareness of its mission to help residents with special needs live quality lives in the local community. The organization partnered with Comcast Spotlight to support its hiring goals through multi-screen advertising.
Comcast Spotlight created a geographically targeted campaign that combined TV ads across a broad mix of networks and programming with in-banner digital advertising on XFINITY.com, including links to job opportunities, company information, and contact details. The effort was highly effective: Alvord-Taylor received so many applicants that it ended the recruitment campaign due to over-hiring, and viewers watched the in-banner video more than 1,000 times over about five months, with over 8% clicking through to the website.
