PeriShip, a Branford, Connecticut–based value-added logistics provider for perishable goods, handles the entire U.S. market from a single office and manages about 10,000 packages daily (peaking much higher in the holidays). Its growth strained a 2 Mbps network and shared voice system, causing slow online communications, timeouts on the customer portal and unreliable phone service that interfered with timely customer updates.

PeriShip upgraded to Comcast Business Ethernet Dedicated Internet (20 Mbps) and Comcast Business PRI Trunks for voice, giving a 10x faster Internet connection, dedicated reliable voice lines, lower latency and office Wi‑Fi capability.
