Blue Hills Bank, a 142‑year‑old mutual community bank with six Massachusetts branches, modernized its brand and expanded services—adding a commercial lending division and a new operations center. Its legacy T1 lines (1.5 Mbps) could not support the growing staff, cloud applications and increased data needs, creating network bottlenecks that threatened productivity and expansion.
