UniCredit engaged Comarch to deploy Comarch Personal Finance Management to make online banking more usable and attractive, drive cross‑selling and non‑bank product sales, and integrate diverse data sources. UniCredit needed a flexible, multilingual solution with a high‑accuracy categorization engine to encourage greater customer use of its digital channels.

Comarch implemented the PFM by importing over 1.2 billion transactions, building a high‑performance categorization engine (validated on 2,000,000 transactions), and delivering a responsive AngularJS interface plus features such as limits, tags, notifications, manual categorization and a calendar. The Comarch solution improved customer engagement and sales opportunities: more than one in four customers have access to the PFM and one in three visit regularly, while UniCredit reports higher customer satisfaction, loyalty and better-targeted product offers.
