Telekom Austria Group, a leading telecommunications provider in Central and Eastern Europe, launched a dedicated M2M spin-off to enter the machine‑to‑machine market and needed a platform that provided boutique flexibility, high efficiency for high‑volume/low‑margin business, rapid feature development, automated end‑to‑end processes and support for a multinational setup. To meet these requirements they selected Comarch and implemented the Comarch M2M Platform.
Comarch delivered a licensed, hosted Comarch M2M Platform combining BSS/OSS modules (convergent billing, product catalog, provisioning, SIM inventory/monitoring, BPM, B2B gateway, self‑care and dashboards) tailored to Telekom Austria Group’s processes. The Comarch solution gave Telekom Austria Group scalable, flexible operations, customer self‑service and automated ordering‑to‑invoicing workflows, enabling minimal operator involvement and faster rollout of M2M services across its multinational footprint.
