Technicolor automates AP workflows in 10 months with Comarch

Technicolor, a global producer in the Media & Entertainment sector, faced challenges managing the large volume of its international procure-to-pay processes. Its goals were to automate financial document registration, improve tracking and reporting, and integrate with multiple ERP systems. To address this, Technicolor partnered with vendor Comarch to implement the Comarch e-Invoicing solution.

The solution provided by Comarch redesigned and automated Technicolor's accounts payable process, featuring OCR capture, workflow management, and synchronization with nine different ERP systems. As a result, Technicolor achieved a high automation rate, significantly shortened its invoice approval process, and centralized all AP invoices into one auditable system. The global implementation across 34 business entities was completed within ten months, leading to improved process quality and supplier relations.
