A Comarch Case Study
Red Bull faced persistent difficulties getting timely, accurate data from its distributor network: re‑sale (sell‑out) information and real‑time warehouse stock were gathered only from sales representatives’ reports, leading to unprocessed orders, poor visibility and fragmented communication (phone, fax, e‑mail). In 2012 Red Bull engaged Comarch to deploy Comarch SFA Online Distribution and Comarch SFA Online Sales Support to integrate distributor systems and provide continuous access to current market and stock data.
Comarch implemented a central EDI/reporting platform, standardized product and contractor codes, integrated distributor transaction systems with Red Bull’s SAP and mobile SFA, and enabled automatic daily reporting. The Comarch solution now covers more than 160 warehouse locations and 50+ distributors, giving Red Bull real‑time sell‑out and stock data so reps can place orders without fear of stockouts, improving production planning, logistics, communication, cash flow and eliminating manual document errors.
