POLKOMTEL S.A., one of Poland’s largest mobile carriers, needed a scalable pricing and billing solution to support its wholesale B2B activities across interconnect, interworking and multiple MVNO types. After a competitive tender process, Comarch was selected to deliver the Comarch InterPartner Billing product to meet the operator’s complex wholesale, rating and settlement requirements.

Comarch implemented Comarch InterPartner Billing with integrations to mediation, data warehouse, national dial plan and monitoring systems; the platform now processes over 1.3 billion xDRs per month and supports hundreds of partners. The deployment gave POLKOMTEL S.A. a single convergent billing system for voice and non‑voice services, faster, cost‑efficient onboarding of interconnect and MVNO agreements, advanced reconciliation and revenue‑protection, and the ability to process billions of records monthly for accurate settlements.
