Plus Communication (PLUS), Albania’s fourth mobile operator (formerly Mobile 4 Al), faced a tight regulatory deadline to launch GSM services and needed a complete, off‑the‑shelf BSS to start serving customers within weeks. PLUS engaged Comarch to provide its BSS suite—including Comarch Convergent Billing, Comarch Customer Management, Comarch BPM and Comarch Billing Mediation—to cover mediation, rating, billing/invoicing, payments, order and customer management with minimal customization.
