Fortis Bank Poland faced the challenge of integrating the sales networks and commission processes of its recent merger with Dominet Bank, which multiplied its customer base and expanded its external agency network. To manage structure management and commission clearance across this larger, partnered sales structure, Fortis Bank Poland used Comarch’s Comarch Commission & Incentive (also implemented as the Fortis Broker system).
Comarch implemented and expanded Comarch Commission & Incentive to include former Dominet Bank franchise agencies, providing a dedicated portal for agencies to review sales results, task achievement and verify commission clearances. Comarch’s solution automated back-office processes, reduced administrative workload and system usage costs, and improved employee effectiveness while maintaining steady, efficient operation supporting the bank’s enlarged sales network.
