NETWORKS! POLAND - Customer Case Study

NETWORKS! POLAND, the joint‑venture formed by T‑Mobile Poland and Orange Poland to manage their shared RAN, needed to centralize monitoring of two independent networks, align a shared Fault Management domain with separate service assurance domains, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experience. To meet these challenges they selected Comarch and deployed Comarch Fault Management together with a Geographic Information System (GIS).

Comarch implemented a unified fault‑management umbrella over existing EMS/NMS systems, integrating OSS mediation, correlation rules and Trouble‑Ticketing links — completing the rollout in about 2.5 months. As a result, Comarch’s solution now monitors ~14,000 legacy sites and a consolidated network of ~2,600 sites, automates fault clearance, significantly reduces alarm noise, speeds up response and repairs (with GIS‑based location data), and enables NetWorkS! operators to configure and manage alarms themselves, improving service quality for both Orange Poland and T‑Mobile Poland customers.
