Multimedia Polska S.A., the third-largest nationwide cable operator in Poland offering HDTV, VoD, broadband and telephony, faced the challenge of consolidating several regional legacy BSS platforms into a single, flexible central system after growth through acquisitions. To support triple‑play services and varied regional pricing, they selected Comarch and its BSS suite — including Comarch Convergent Billing, Customer Management, Billing Mediation, Business Process Management and Comarch Cash Desk — and required a migration path that preserved existing customer payment terms and local pricing flexibility.
Comarch delivered a convergent billing and customer management platform, provided product training so Multimedia Polska S.A.’s IT team could perform the migration, and integrated workflow/task management to automate operations. The Comarch solution centralized rating, billing and discounts (including cross‑service and region‑specific offers), preserved individual payment-day configurations to avoid churn and cash-flow disruption, and replaced disparate legacy systems — enabling MMP to bill all services from one system, reduce operational complexity and improve daily performance.
