MAPCO Express, Inc., a Delek US subsidiary operating 373 retail fuel and convenience stores, needed a convenient, valuable loyalty program to better understand customers, increase retention and grow fuel and in-store sales. To meet that challenge MAPCO partnered with Comarch to deploy the Comarch Loyalty Management solution to power its “MAPCO MY Reward$” program.

Comarch implemented a real-time loyalty platform with automatic points issuance/redemption, personalized marketing, clubs, CPG and line-item discounts, pump price rollbacks, and integrations with POS, mobile apps and data services. The program now supports 560,000 registered members, ~800,000 loyalty transactions per week and ~250,000 unique users weekly, delivering faster checkouts, targeted offers and deeper customer insights — measurable results achieved through Comarch’s solution.
