La Redoute Ensures Traceability on Orders in Drop-shipping Model

La Redoute, an e‑commerce leader in home and fashion (part of the Galeries Lafayette Group), faced limited traceability and unreliable data exchange in its drop‑shipping supply chain. The retailer needed to migrate from its previous EDI provider, integrate European subsidiaries into a single platform, improve monitoring of ORDER/ORDRSP/DESADV flows and speed partner onboarding — requirements that led La Redoute to engage Comarch and its Comarch EDI solution.

Comarch implemented Comarch EDI (EDI Integration, Web‑EDI, e‑Archive and a Monitoring Portal), completing the core rollout in less than six months. The centralized platform enabled real‑time monitoring, simpler onboarding (including a Web‑EDI option for smaller suppliers), and dedicated mapping and support; La Redoute now exchanges more than 80,000 documents monthly, has fewer transmission errors, reduced IT workload and faster response to incidents thanks to Comarch.
