A Comarch Case Study
Kompania Piwowarska, a leading Polish brewer with about 13 million hectolitres sold annually, faced a time‑consuming, paper‑heavy exchange of commercial documents across its retail partners and wanted to eliminate printing, mailing and manual processing to save costs, reduce errors and improve environmental impact. To meet this challenge, Kompania Piwowarska selected COMARCH’s EDI solution / Comarch B2B Network to replace traditional document workflows.
COMARCH implemented its high‑capacity Comarch EDI/B2B Network platform (used by 50,000 users in 40 countries and connected to 450 commercial networks) for KP, supporting over 80 message types and enabling electronic exchange with 17 leading retail networks in Poland; 99.8% of documents are processed in under 30 seconds. The solution delivers personalized document previews, automated notifications and data‑quality controls, substantially reducing per‑invoice handling costs and labor, cutting paper use, and improving accuracy and processing speed across Kompania Piwowarska’s supply chain.
