Implementation of Comarch Loyalty Management at Livelo Brasil

Livelo Brasil engaged Comarch to replace legacy systems and launch a more dynamic coalition loyalty program able to manage member transactions, profiles and complex billing across accrual and redemption partners. Facing an aggressive launch deadline, partner‑specific business rules, and a “big bang” migration with no customer impact for two major banks, Livelo needed a scalable platform to consolidate multiple partner programs and support both B2C and B2B use cases.

Comarch implemented Comarch Loyalty Management 5.0 (Business Administration and Contact Center modules) plus a custom external Billing Module, integrating with IBM UNIQA, ORACLE ATG, SAP Finance, mobile apps and partner systems, and migrating over 16 million accounts in a nine‑month project. As a result, Comarch enabled dynamic user attributes and tiers, partner‑specific billing and fraud controls, multi‑channel redemptions and automatic reconciliation — delivering 16.2 million program members, 700,000+ products for redemption, ~2.5 million redemptions per year and more than 40 redemption partners.
