Implementation of Comarch Interpartner Billing Netia, Poland

Netia, a leading Polish fixed‑line operator, needed to automate and scale interconnect billing to handle end‑to‑end processing from mediation to rating, billing and reporting across multi‑dial plans, GL integration and very large CDR volumes. Comarch was engaged to deliver the Comarch InterPartner Billing solution to manage interconnect agreements and complex wholesale/third‑party billing scenarios.

Comarch implemented Comarch InterPartner Billing (project start Nov 2004, first settlements June 2005), supporting about 300 million monthly usage records and more than 40 interconnect partners with partner/agreement management, rule‑based rating, least‑cost‑routing, reconciliation and reporting. The Comarch solution let Netia process millions of CDRs reliably, increase revenues through LCR, reduce costs via automated reconciliation and dispute management, provide a single view of critical data, and better support new services and partners.
