BPH Bank faced slow, error-prone web publishing and a rigid portal technology managed by an outside company that blocked fast content updates, integration with its SEZAM Internet banking platform, and scalable extension of services. To solve these challenges the bank selected Comarch and its Comarch CMS platform to deliver a flexible, secure and easily managed corporate portal.
Comarch implemented Comarch CMS with WYSIWYG editing, flexible templates, personalization, marketing-campaign and segmentation modules, plus custom tools (branch/cash‑point maps, credit calculators, FX analyzer) and integration with bank systems. The result was faster, in‑house content publication, lower operating costs by eliminating the external operator, multi‑channel delivery and easy scaling—enabling new portals (credit cards, EU funds, employee sales support) and ongoing portal expansion driven by Comarch.
