Comprehensive Group Life Insurance Solution at Swiss Life

Swiss Life engaged Comarch to modernize its group life and pension business across multiple countries and languages. Swiss Life needed a comprehensive, end-to-end platform to improve competitiveness and profitable growth while reducing operational and compliance risk; the project required new functional and technical architecture, extensive data migration and integrations. Comarch delivered its Comarch Life Insurance system together with Comarch Insurance Client Essentials (a self‑service portal) to meet those needs.

Comarch implemented a phased, multi‑country rollout that consolidated product definition, underwriting, policy and claim management, billing, investment management and reporting into a single platform. As a result, Comarch enabled Swiss Life to manage the full range of insurance products and all contracts in one system, significantly improve customer service via the self‑service portal, reduce operational costs and gain better control and growth opportunities for its pension business.
