Comarch IT Outsourcing Services for Valeo Germany

Valeo Germany, part of the international Valeo Group, faced fragmented IT support across 19 locations and more than 4,700 end‑users requiring reliable telecommunications, server and infrastructure management. After an initial outsourcing partner failed to meet expectations, Valeo signed a 2014 agreement with Comarch to provide ongoing IT outsourcing services for its infrastructure and end‑user support.

Comarch implemented a centralized German/English Service Desk, local on‑site support and 24x7 remote monitoring and administration of servers, storage, network and backup systems, leveraging prior Valeo experience to ensure a seamless transition. As a result, Comarch now supports ~4,700 users across 19 sites, delivers guaranteed continuous operation, fixed monthly service costs, optimized operational expenses and improved internal process efficiency for Valeo.
