Comarch Delivers an OSS and BSS Platform for Bitė Group

Bitė Group, the leading Baltic telecommunications group (UAB Bitė Lietuva and SIA Bite Latvija), needed a comprehensive BSS/OSS platform to support customer management, billing, provisioning and wholesale/retail processes as it expanded services in Lithuania and Latvia. Comarch was engaged to deliver and integrate its BSS/OSS suite, including Comarch Billing System, Comarch Customer Management and Comarch Business Process Management, plus mediation, provisioning and self-care components.

Comarch implemented the integrated platform and related modules, enabling SIA Bite Latvija to register and manage customers within six months and issue the first invoices one month later; today Bitė Group serves over 1.2 million customers on the solution. Comarch continues to provide 24x7 remote maintenance and ongoing functional extensions, improving billing, revenue management and customer care while accelerating new service launches and operational efficiency.
