CitiFinancial faced rapid growth and fierce competition in the consumer finance market, with customers and independent sales partners demanding faster decisions, clear loan information and reliable documentation. To support its partner network and speed up loan decisions and contract preparation, CitiFinancial engaged Comarch to deploy Comarch Credit Process Management as an integrated IT solution.

Comarch implemented the solution in a six-month rollout that extended PDF template capabilities, tightened security and tested interfaces and loan parameter configuration, enabling online sale of CitiFinancial products across a diverse sales network. The Comarch system shortened customer service times, reduced documentation errors, increased independent agents’ willingness to offer CitiFinancial products, and added in-app training and fast parameter adaptability to meet changing credit policies.
