Prudential (The Prudential Assurance Company Limited Poland) engaged Comarch to streamline and scale commission management as it expanded in Poland. Faced with a complex, multi‑level sales network and a need to support the full salesperson lifecycle — onboarding, training, authorization, advanced compensation schemes (including deferred commissions), frequent policy changes and a bancassurance extension — Prudential required a flexible, high‑performance solution; Comarch proposed its Comarch Commission & Incentive platform.
Comarch implemented Comarch Commission & Incentive as a standalone, fully configurable ICM platform with agent portal and integration to Comarch Identity and Access Management, enabling secure, scalable commission calculations and settlements. The solution lets Prudential staff make calculation changes after short training, provides automatic recalculations, comprehensive reporting and real‑time agent access to settlements, and has operated with virtually no performance issues — delivering faster policy change rollout, significant reduction in settlement errors and improved transparency for agents and managers.
