Comarch BSS & OSS Suite Implementation Onephone Deutschland

OnePhone Deutschland, a B2B telecom operator offering private mobile networks and a virtual PBX “one-phone” service, needed a complete BSS/OSS platform when entering the German market in 2009. The company faced challenges around fixed-mobile convergence, handling multiple number types (MSISDN, PSTN, short numbers, extensions), integration with a virtual PBX and core network (including MNP/LNP), deployment of pico/micro-cells, and custom pricing for each corporate customer. OnePhone selected Comarch and its Comarch BSS/OSS Suite — including Comarch Convergent Billing, Interconnect Billing, Billing Mediation, Service Provisioning, Inventory Management, CRM for Telecoms and Corporate Self Care — to address these needs.

Comarch implemented an end-to-end BSS/OSS solution delivering billing, rating and charging, CRM, automated service provisioning, a central product catalog and site installation management, plus web-based Corporate Self Care. The Comarch deployment enabled true fixed-mobile convergence with PBX functionality, seamless number-porting integration, faster time-to-delivery and reduced CAPEX/OPEX through automation and self-service; the platform supported OnePhone’s commercial launch in November 2009 and produced measurable operational efficiencies and faster service rollout for enterprise customers.
