Comarch B2B Network in Hamelin

Hamelin, a long-established stationery supplier (brands include Oxford, Elba and Super Conqueror) operating in 12 countries, faced a 2016 tender to redesign its EDI architecture and migrate to Comarch B2B Network. The challenge was to connect 130 trading partners (500 relationships) across 20 countries, handling about 40,000 documents per month, with plans to add 60 new partners (200 relationships) by year-end.

Comarch delivered the Comarch B2B Network with its Tracking module and Comarch e-Invoicing, providing secure, fast international EDI processing, end-to-end visibility of inbound/outbound flows, and legally compliant invoice dematerialization with 10-year archiving (GS1 France certified, Article 289 bis compliant). The Comarch solution enabled Hamelin to process ~40,000 documents/month across its partner network, improve timeliness and reduce regression risk, and scale onboarding and international support via Comarch’s service desk.
