AUCHAN TELECOM, FRANCE, the retail-group MVNO, wanted to extend its prepaid voice offering into mobile Internet data cards sold through its hypermarkets but faced a complex integration challenge: real‑time voucher/account balance control, new MNO data integration and many disparate systems with a tight time‑to‑market. AUCHAN TELECOM engaged Comarch and deployed a suite including Comarch Convergent Billing, Comarch Customer Management, Comarch 3ARTS, Comarch Integration Gateway, Dealer Care and Self Care to meet these needs.
Comarch delivered an SOA-based service-bus platform that reused existing integrations, added MNO data interfaces and traffic-control hardware, and rolled out the data-card service in four months (1 month analysis + 3 months implementation). The Comarch solution provided captive-portal access, real‑time session and balance control, web self‑care and billing, giving AUCHAN TELECOM full control of sessions and the product catalog — resulting in increased average revenue per user and stronger customer loyalty while keeping the architecture simple and extensible.
