The Colorado Press Association (CPA) needed to modernize its statewide public notice website as public notice was being pushed from newspapers to government websites. CPA partnered with Column to create a better user experience and improve search functionality for notices across Colorado.

Column built and launched a new public notice website for CPA, adding keyword and phrase search, machine-learning notice categorization, filters by date/publication/county, subscription alerts, and migration of the archive. Column also helped onboard member newspapers through webinars and support, and the new site went live on July 15 at publicnoticecolorado.com, with all legal newspapers in Colorado ready within three weeks and the CPA saving thousands per year by using Column free of charge.
