Abcodia, a clinical stage company developing early detection tests for cancer, needed a software system to manage clinical data, ensure regulatory compliance, and automate the generation of reports for its ROCA Test. Partnering with vendor Columbus, Abcodia sought to implement a solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Columbus implemented and tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 to automate Abcodia's complex data processing. The system imports lab data, runs the proprietary algorithm to generate risk scores, and automatically produces and distributes actionable reports to doctors. This solution from Columbus significantly increased efficiency and accuracy, reduced manual tasks, and provided real-time data access. It enabled Abcodia to run a higher volume of tests, supporting their overarching goal of improving cancer survival rates through early detection.
