Columbus helped Schibsted Denmark, formerly eBay Classifieds, which faced a major challenge. After being acquired by the Schibsted group, the company needed to rapidly migrate from eBay's systems to the group's platforms, including a new finance and CRM system, within a tight one-year deadline.
The solution implemented by Columbus was a rapid, six-month deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. This provided a unified platform that streamlined complex subscription and payment processes for both private users and car dealers. Columbus delivered the project on time, resulting in a successful system that provided a complete overview of sales and customer relationships and is now in a further development phase.
