Interflora Iberia, the leading flower and plant retail business in Spain, needed an incident-free, secure, high-speed communications network to support its growing e-commerce operations and seasonal demand spikes. As it migrated key systems to Amazon Web Services, Interflora turned to Colt Technology Services for cloud connectivity and communications tools, including Colt DCA, Colt INteractiv, and Cloud UC.

Colt Technology Services implemented secure Dedicated Cloud Access to AWS, a virtual switchboard, and a contact center solution to improve routing, flexibility, and service continuity. The result was better customer service, faster order handling, lower waiting times, and improved productivity during peak events; Interflora also reported cost reductions, no incidents, and stronger internal management, with around 65% of its 250,000 annual orders completed online.
