RED, a global staffing agency, needed a more reliable network foundation to support its digital transformation and business growth. Colt Technology Services worked with Castior Consultants to design and implement a new connectivity solution, including direct private access to Microsoft Azure. The result was zero network downtime, lower costs than the previous setup, and a more consistent cloud experience. RED also improved reporting from manual spreadsheets to near-real-time dashboards and predictive analytics, handled 860 contracts in 2016, and made recruiters 25% more flexible for secure remote work.
