FNAC Spain, a leading retailer of technical and cultural products, faced the challenge of keeping its stores, central warehouse, procurement office, and new store openings running smoothly while also reducing costs and shortening implementation times. To support its highly centralized operations and omni-channel business model, FNAC relied on Colt Technology Services for IP VPN, LANLink, HSS, conferencing, and voice services.

Colt Technology Services implemented a network and hosting solution that included VPN, backup, hosting, and disaster recovery support from Colt’s data centers in Madrid and Barcelona, plus faster connectivity options such as 4G and 3G for rapid store launches. As a result, FNAC improved communications for payment, ERP, CRM, and warehouse systems, enabled new stores to open in as little as two months, and reduced both initial investment and operating costs while making new locations profitable sooner.
